AFP-MO Launches Ad Campaign to Expand ‘MOScholars’ Program
Jefferson City, MO – Today, Americans for Prosperity – Missouri (AFP-MO) announced the start of a six-figure advertising campaign calling on state lawmakers to expand the Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program (MOScholars).
AFP-MO will target key state House districts with mail, digital advertisements, and volunteer outreach through the end of the 2024 legislative session. The campaign will urge voters to contact their legislators and share their support for SB 727, a bill that would increase MOScholars tax credits by $25 million and widen the program to include qualifying families across the state.
AFP-MO state director, Jeremy Cady, gave the following statement:
“Expanding education freedom in Missouri is a no-brainer. A record high number of families in our state – across party lines – support school choice, and we’re going to make sure legislators in the state House hear their voices. By expanding our MOScholars program, Missouri will open more pathways in education so that more children across our great state can achieve their highest potential.”
