ICYMI: AFP-MO Town Hall w/ Rep. Bob Onder
ST. CHARLES, MO – In case you missed it, U.S. Representative Bob Onder (R-MO) joined Americans for Prosperity-Missouri (AFP-MO) on Monday in St. Charles for a town hall event to discuss the urgent need to renew the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) before it expires this year.
“It would just be devastating for our economy,” Onder told AFP. “All the prosperity we saw… would be reversed and even worse if we fail to renew the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.”
If the TCJA expires, the average hardworking Missouri family will see a $2,105 increase in their federal tax bill. AFP-MO is calling on lawmakers to protect Missourians’ hard-earned dollars.

AFP-MO State Director Gary Hollis added:
“Missourians are lucky to have a champion like Rep. Onder fighting for lower taxes and less government in Congress. We’re grateful to Congressman Onder for joining us in the fight to prevent the largest tax increase in American history. Missourians are counting on us to protect prosperity for their families.”

This event was part of AFP’s national Tax Day campaign, aiming to press lawmakers to extend President Trump’s tax cuts, which have provided necessary relief to hardworking families across the country.
